With the rapid development of the science and technology in the mid-20th century, the requirement of the calibers seems urgent, and the traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the needs of the times. Therefore, changes of traditional teaching modes are out of the question.The purpose pf the introduction of the anchored Instruction and the model in basketball teaching in sports training Institute of Physical Education College is to inherit the advantages of traditional teaching model based on the introduction of constructivist learning theory to teaching basketball research, which could enhance the students'awareness, learning initiative, conscientiousness and enthusiasm. Through technical and tactical training, students learn how to identify problems, analyze problems and solve practical problems and thus could stimulate students'interest in learning, and develop students'self-learning ability, interpersonal skills and ability to learn.1. The significance of study: To investigate the mode of application of Anchored Instruction Sports Training Institute of Physical Education College Basketball Professional of effective teaching methods, and to stimulate students to explore the interest in learning, enhance self-learning and cooperative learning skills, as well as the ability of interpersonal impact, and at the same time cultivate high-quality, innovative teachers.2. The value of study: currently, no one in Inner Mongolia has researched on the model of Anchored Instruction Basketball. Teaching practice based on the author's thesis writing is an adaptation of teaching basketball actively. In this paper, students in grade 2007 of Inner Mongolia Normal University, Institute of Physical Education are introduced as the research object. The use of literature, a questionnaire survey method and experimental method are adopted, and the conclusions are as follows:⑴The experiments show that in college sports College Sports Professional Basketball training Anchored Instruction model could meet the needs and laws of modern basketball teaching, the teaching reform of college basketball will have a positive role in promoting.⑵comparing with the traditional teaching model, use of anchored Instruction model in the Institute of Physical Education in Sports Training makes no differences on individuals in the technical aspects of basketball, but after the experiment, both technical aspects and personal aspect are improved. There was a significant difference, and Anchored Instruction model basketball skill performance model is superior to traditional teaching⑶compared with the traditional teaching model , use of anchored Instruction model in Institute of Physical Education in Sports Training College improved the basis for co-ordination in terms of basketball. There are significant differences.⑷In the Institute of Physical Education Sports Training College. Using anchored Instruction model can stimulate students'interest in learning, improve their self-learning ability, interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate.
