In the new era of education environment,the state's emphasis on education has been increasing,so education innovation is imminent,so physical education is no exception.Students' learning is not only the mastery of the skills of the action,but should be based on the skills to promote the comprehensive development of students,this time at the moment will need to re-examine their own teaching methods,to be bold in the daily teaching process In the use of innovative teaching model.The traditional teaching model has been used in the future will inevitably have its imperfections,this study is based on this will be anchored teaching model cited to the track and field-shot into the general course of teaching,through a semester of teaching experiments,the experimental goals It is proved that the anchored teaching model can be used in the current educational environment and also has its unique advantages.It is hoped that these studies will provide some ideas for the innovation of the teaching mode of the contemporary track and field,But also for similar disciplines or areas of research to give a reference.This study is mainly through the teaching experiment method to complete,the experimental place in the Shanxi Normal University Sports College shot put the venue,the class for the first grade 1603 classes,a total of 42 students as the experimental object of this study,physical education professional track and field And then from the students' physical form,physical quality,standards,technical evaluation and psychological situation to investigate,and then through the final investigation of the results to verify the teaching mode of teaching effect.After the completion of the experiment in this study,the test indicators of the two groups of students before and after the test comparative analysis:1,anchored teaching model to enhance the comprehensive ability of students for the future of students to develop qualified,excellent physical education workers to provide a viable program.2,the anchored teaching mode for students of 30 m standing run(s),standing long jump(m),after throwing solid heart(m),in situ shots(m)results improved,boys 30 m standing run by 4.6386 ± 0.2592 to 4.6036 ± 0.2570,girls increased from 5.0068 ± 0.2888 to 4.9386 ± 0.2808;boys standing long jump from 2.5764 ± 0.1501 to 2.6286 ± 0.1388,girls from 2.0514 ± 0.1522 to2.1271 ± 0.1276;boys after throwing solid heart by 14.029 ± 2.7550 to 14.400± 2.6640,girls from 8.563 ± 1.6072 to 9.129 ± 1.5955;boys in situ shot from8.279 ± 1.2052 to 8.686 ± 1.1135,girls from 5.586 ± 0.4259 to 5.900 ±0.3651.But there was no significant difference between the two groups compared with the control group before and after the experiment.3,The technical evaluation and achievement of the shot technique are the objective evaluation of the final shot of the student's semester.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group have significant differences.4,the anchored teaching mode has improved the ability of students to learn all aspects of the students at the end of the study attitude,improve the students' interpersonal and self-exploration ability,and promote the cooperative learning ability between students.
