| Students are the main body of teaching,and satisfaction is an important evaluation index of teaching quality in Colleges and universities.Study the students’ teaching satisfaction,understand the students’ attitude towards the course learning,explore the core elements that affect the teaching satisfaction,and put forward improvement measures to improve the students’ enthusiasm for classroom participation and teaching effect.This research adopts the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.,refers to the maturity scale in relevant fields and combines the actual situation of the research,prepares the "Xi’an Institute of physical education basketball general course teaching satisfaction questionnaire",through on-the-spot investigation and analysis,carries out the teaching satisfaction survey on the basketball general course of physical education major of Xi’an Institute of physical education,and selects the freshmen of physical education major Sophomores were investigated to analyze the differences in teaching satisfaction and the satisfaction of various influencing factors among students of different gender,different grades,different places of origin and different special categories,and to explore the impact of each dimension of satisfaction on the overall teaching satisfaction.The main conclusions are as follows:1.the average overall satisfaction of students majoring in Physical Education in Xi’an Institute of physical education with the general basketball course is 3.807 points,and the degree of satisfaction reaches above the observation value of medium level.This is inseparable from the school’s own rich teaching resources,excellent teachers’ team,and the school’s attention to the general basketball course of physical education.The construction of this course has achieved remarkable results.2.the average satisfaction of each influencing factor ranges from 3.698 points to3.899 points.Among them,the factor with the highest satisfaction is the venue and equipment,followed by the classmate relationship,teaching atmosphere and content,teachers’ teaching ability,and the factor with the lowest satisfaction is the performance evaluation.The satisfaction scores of all factors are above the medium level observation value,which indicates that students recognize most aspects of the general basketball course,but there is still room for improvement in many aspects.3.there is no significant difference in the overall satisfaction of students in different grades and the satisfaction of each influencing factor.As both freshmen and sophomores refer to the 2020 version of the syllabus to arrange teaching,the same curriculum standards make the students of the two grades have basically no difference in their overall feelings about the general basketball course.4.male students of different genders are higher than female students in all aspects of satisfaction,among which male students are significantly higher than female students.Due to the physical quality gap between male and female students based on the natural law and the different degrees of participation in basketball activities since childhood,combined with the personality differences between male and female students,male students’ satisfaction is generally higher than that of female students.5.students from different places of origin have significant differences in classmate relations and satisfaction with venues and equipment.Among them,the rural students are not as good at communicating as the urban students under the influence of the growth environment,economic conditions and other factors,which may lead to their satisfaction with the classmate relationship is significantly lower than the latter,but it is also because there is no relatively good experience in the growth environment,so their satisfaction with the venues and equipment is significantly higher than that of the urban students.6.basketball students’ overall satisfaction with the general basketball course is significantly higher than that of other special students,and their satisfaction with the teaching atmosphere and content is significantly higher than that of other individual special students.Except that the satisfaction with the field equipment is slightly lower than that of other team special students,the satisfaction scores of other factors are higher than those of other project students.This is because compared with other special students,basketball special students have a higher level of basketball skills and tactics,and their learning process is more flexible,resulting in the improvement of satisfaction.7.62.8% of the overall teaching satisfaction can be explained by five variables:teaching atmosphere and content,teachers’ teaching ability,classmate relations,venues and equipment,and performance evaluation.Among them,teaching atmosphere and content satisfaction and achievement evaluation satisfaction have a significant positive impact on teaching satisfaction,and the other influencing factors also have a positive impact on teaching satisfaction,but not significant.Ranking according to the degree of influence: teaching atmosphere and content >performance evaluation > venues and Equipment > teachers’ teaching ability > classmate relations. |
