Currently, our country's education is experiencing an unprecedented change. Education quality is a key factor what decides school's development and education reform's success or failure. New course standard clearly stated that students ' overall development should not only be concerned of their knowledge and skill acquirement, but also be concerned of the study process and method , emotion, attitude and value, etc. According to this guiding ideology, it is a focal point that the new course reform should establish a evaluation system to average up the education quality. The time-lapse evaluation, a major component element of current evaluation system, plays a very important role to improve education quality.The learning process is a process of individual physical and mental development. Because the difference of individual physical and mental development should directly cause the bigger difference of learning effect ,learning quality and feedback information ,timely evaluation wouldn't objectively and truly reflect and evaluate the study of students .But the time-lapse evaluation could make up the shortcoming ,and embody that educational evaluation is calling of the native endowments returning of to human nature .In the same time, the time-lapse evaluation should push and abundant and develop the education visual angles.This paper has 5 chapter to discourse the time-lapse evaluation about the education quality in the primary school. The author carried on a great deal of questionnaires, social interviews and special cases in the paper. Has been analyzed seriously ,the author discovered that many educational problems are related to the weakness of the time-lapse evaluation .Therefore, in the first, this paper analyzes the importance of the time-lapse evaluation from the angles of education and psychology , and elaborates the relationship of the timely evaluation and the development evaluation and the time-lapse evaluation .Secondly, from the theoretical level ,the paper studies the basic principles what the time-lapse evaluation should be followed of, and studies the strategies of the time-lapse evaluation and the possibility of strategies .Finally, the paper investigates and frames the system of the ti-me-lapse evaluation from the following aspects such as operation technique, value orientation, index system and effective utilization,etc.In a word, by researching the time-lapse evaluation strategy about the education quality in the primary school ,we hope to establish the education quality management notion of"based upon course, promote the evaluation of development ", and based on development of students,teachers,schools ,to make education quality of primary school get overall, scientific, steady improvement.
