For better adapting to the urgent needs of the high-level talent in national economic construction and social development, and actively develop professional degree education with Chinese characteristics, since 2009, the ministry of education to the academic degree system reform, change concept of graduate education, a full-time professional master began to recruit the students of fresh graduates. With the increasing enrollment scale and growing number of graduates in full-time professional degree, the quality of education received widespread attention, has become the most important problems in the research of higher education. By constructing the corresponding scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, which can not only effective in evaluating the quality of education integrated circumstance, can also analyses the problems existing in the process of education and suggestions for improvement. This has important significance for the health development of full-time professional master degree, and it also has an important role in promoting the reform and development of our country’s degree and graduate education system.In China, full-time professional master degree already has some achievement, but in the construction of education quality evaluation index system, and the empirical research based on the framework has few research. So, this study comb the existing research results, combined with the culture characteristics of the students in full-time professional master degree, hope to clarify its education quality evaluation index system and useful attempt to the research in this field.At first, this research through to analysis the basic theory of the full-time professional degree education quality evaluation index system in China and abroad. to determine the content framework of education quality evaluation indexes in full-time professional master degree graduate. This study defines the related concepts of full-time professional master degree graduate education quality, and analysis the affecting factors of the quality of full-time professional master degree education of postgraduate from the internal and external factors, that provides a solid theoretical basis and research idea for further expand the determination of indicators and construction of the index system.Under the guidance of the principles of index system building, based on expert consultation method, expert investigation method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish the education quality evaluation index system of full-time professional master degree graduate. Through the study preliminary put forward the indicators by the expert consultation and literature research, and through expert questionnaire to determine indicators, analyzes the expert authority, reliability and validity, and determine the final indicators, and according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight value, thus build a reasonable and perfectly the education quality evaluation index system of full-time professional master degree.This study does empirical research on the quality of education in the full-time master of engineering in NCEPU, hope to make some enlightenments to improve education quality in full-time professional master degree in China. Through its education quality satisfaction survey, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to calculate the quality of students, the teachers troop, culture conditions, etc. And overall comprehensive score level. Then we analyzed the deficiency of education quality, in view of the problems puts forward improvement opinion.
