Because of the national policy to guide and support, plus the society itself for expert high levels of primary and secondary school teachers and management personnel needs, making and training of China full-time education postgraduates enrollment continues to expand the scale, the rapid growth of China full-time Master of education talent cultivation presents a serious challenge to the quality of. In order to make full-time Master of education development of the scale and quality of training do many things at once, ability and quality so as to train full-time education masters have fully conforms to the social development and the needs of employers, which requires full-time Master of education training unit to strengthen the training of quality evaluation work, take the initiative to understand and adapt to the actual needs of elementary education, evaluation index system of quality culture to establish a set of scientific, full-time Master of education.In this study, the employer perspective in the society, the use of literature analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey, hierarchy analysis method, the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, constructs a set of master of full-time education and training quality evaluation index system. The index system includes morality and idea, knowledge and skills, cooperation and development of the 3 first level indicators, 7 level two indexes, 19 level three indexes and evaluation standard. In the final index of all, occupation, cultural literacy and teaching of full-time education master degree implementation capacity of three indicators of the combined weight coefficient is the highest, employers in the society at present of the most important part.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part, introduction. Mainly includes the research background, the research goal and the significance, concept definition, research review, the main research contents, research methods and ideas, research characteristic and innovation etc. The purpose of this study is why, how to carry out some research on the basic problems of review and discussion, in order to clear the research content, method and path.The second part, the establishment of full-time quality evaluation index system of the master of education. Based on the primary and middle school teaching and management personnel of the depth interview, full-time Master of education goals and requirements analysis, standard analysis of primary and secondary school teachers, by using the method of decomposition and inductive, sorting out the evaluation index and evaluation standard, forming the cultivation quality evaluation of the preliminary index system. Through the first round of expert questionnaire survey, screening and improvement on the evaluation index system, constructs the final index system evaluation and training.The third part, the establishment of weight coefficients of full-time quality evaluation index system of the master of education. Through second rounds of expert questionnaire survey, using AHP, the weight coefficient of each index is calculated between the judgment, their relative importance, and the weight coefficient to test of the rationality.The fourth part, discuss the full-time Master of education quality evaluation index system. According to the way of expression, quality evaluation results of cultivation of full-time education master degree evaluation index system is scientific and the difficulties of the study and the need to further improve the content of the discussion.
