| The problem of underprivileged students in normal school has become a comprehensive social phenomenon, Since it involves many fields as families, education and economy, poverty has a universal influence on students'development. Taking Jiangyou Normal School as an example, In terms of the standard of economic poverty, it has a high rate of the underprivileged students , majority of whom are girls, poverty in different degrees and its complicated reasons. Not only affect students'living standard, but also bring them burdens and harms in spirit. They are facing many problems in finance, psychology, limited knowledge and social abilities. Like many schools, it, to some extent, relives their pressure by rewarding, loaning, aiding and giving privileges, but it doesn't improve their awareness and social ability for survival, if the problem is not to be solved, we can not achieve the goal of all-nound development of the underprivileged students.This article will analyze and study the reasons of its existence in Jiangyou Normal School and how to improve their social ability for survival. The research is based on the study of their abilities of professional study, self-supporting, renovation and creation, hunting jobs and working, social communication and psychological adjusting. Following the principle of showing how to do, but not what to do, its hoped that it will benefit all of them and make them stronger and stronger. The author tentatively put forward some strategies to relieve their psychology, limited knowledge and social abilities, through information and technology education, professional skill training, social practice, community activities, education of psychology and world views. The results of the research and evaluation proved that these measures can improve the underprivileged students'awareness of self-supporting, psychological adjustment and social abilities and enable them to face the challenges with positive attitudes towards life, excellent professional skills and social ability for survival. |
