An Investigative Research On The Professional Survival Status Of Tuition-free Normal College Students

In order to ensure that rural areas can have a professional and high-quality teaching team,the state has formulated a series of policies and measures.In 2006,Hunan Province promulgated the policy of tuition-free normal college students of primary school education,and has trained a large number of outstanding public tuition normal graduates to fill the front line of rural education.In this paper,the students who graduated from 2011 to 2016 in Xiangxi were selected as the research object,and 384 of them were selected.The questionnaire survey and interview were adopted to investigate the basic situation,professional identity,life condition,work situation and professional development in five dimensions.In the survey,it is found that the living condition of the graduates of the public tuition normal school in Xiangxi has been improved compared with that of the past,such as the general satisfaction of the rural basic education and teaching facilities.However,in the process of investigation,some of the students' survival difficulties encountered by the normal college graduates are also found,such as the poor professional identity of the partial public tuition normal graduates,the improvement of the economic treatment,the heavy workload of the teachers,the unreasonable job shifting mechanism,the lack of scientific and fair management of the school management,and the failure of the appeals of teachers' training,which makes teachers' professional growth hindered.Through the investigation,it is found that there are four main factors that lead to the plight of the professional survival of the college graduates.The first one is the social factor,which means the inadequacy of the educational input,the lack of public opinion on the positive reports of teachers' career,the education target of the quality education and the status quo of the social achievement in the society;and the second one is the administrative bureau of government,which neglected of the construction of the team of teachers,the lack of flexibility in distribution of teachers,the heavy teaching affairs of the teachers',the heavy task of education and training of the teachers',the lack of free choice for teachers;Three,it is the school.Always,the school management system is too formalistic and is lack of scientific management and with the unreasonable job arrangements for teachers.And the fourth fact is the individual factor that,these tuition-free students are with the poor professional identity,and it is difficult for them to get a sense of professional happiness.The main strategies to change the occupational survival status of tuition-free normal college students are as follows:First,to improve the pre service training system,it is to strengthen the publicity of policy,improve the construction of the system for enrolment and employment,establish an incentive withdrawal mechanism,improve the training system of teachers,and promote the professional identity of teachers.Second,we should care for the growth of the public tuition normal students,that is,the attention of the society,the implementation of the central educational policies,the optimization of the regional distribution of educational resources,the strengthening of public opinion propaganda,the setting up of the atmosphere of respecting teachers and emphasizing teaching,and the care from the government to ensure the construction of the campus hardware,to improve the income level of the rural teachers and to establish a long-term mechanism to ensure the construction of the teachers.The rural teachers' team is stable,the management of teachers.is optimized,and the service level is improved.Third,we need to build a harmonious and healthy school environment and build a learning organization on campus.Fourth,we need to identify the right position of the project and establish a sense of lofty coaching for public tuition normal students and establish lifelong learning consciousness.
