Study On Building Land-lost Peasant Social Security System

One of the most important content for building a harmonious socialist society is the social security system, and the key point is the establishment loses farmer's social security systems. Which has increasingly become one of the hot topics of concern in the government, the public and academia. Therefore, how to build the loser farmer's social security systems have very important meaning for social stability and building a harmonious countryside society.The article finds the main factor for the difficult position of the landless peasants through to current loses farmer's present situation description, proved that the farmer to construct the social security system the necessity and feasibility. And then offers some proposals to establish loses farmer's social security systems through to domestic three and foreign countries'several has the representative social security placement pattern comparative analysis. Finally, gives some feasibility of the proposals in harmonious countryside society, and most important is the article proposed a kind of new pattern named Pouring Funding Pattern.This paper seeks to introduce useful experience of several domestic and foreign countries and analyze the problems and shortcomings of the loser farmer's social security systems.
