With the development of industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalindustrial structure adjustment, the land contract management rights transfer is anirreversible trend, more and more farmers lost the land that sustains, which is theconcentration of rural to urban ruralessential connotation of urbanization, industrialstructure conversion, the necessity of regional economic development. However, thelandless peasants in the land is easy to fall into the embarrassing situation of "poorfarming fields, no work posts, to weakness security ", due to land acquisitioncompensation system and at the same time, the lack of social and public services,security system, landless peasants in employment, social interaction, psychological,social security, and many other suited, landless peasants and local governmentconflict, triggered a series of social and economic issues.In this paper, the concepts and methods of social work profession,take thequestionnaires and interviews. Identify problems,combined with the actual situationof the Kaiyuan landless peasants,and to explore how to properly handle the farmerslost their land after social adaptation,separately from occupational adapt, adapt tosocial interaction, psychological adjustment,protection adaptation analysis theinfluencing factors of the social adaptation of landless peasants determine landlesspeasants social adjustment problems and systematic analysis of the operationalmechanism of social work intervention social adjustment problems and operationalcountermeasures: the establishment of a professional team of social workers; buildinga public service system of the social adjustment of landless peasants; sound landlessfarmers social adaptation mechanisms of social work, given certain forward-lookingand workable solutions for social adjustment problems of landless peasants from thePerspective of social Work.
