Social Work Intervention In Problems Of Lost Land Peasants

With the development of industrialization， urbanization and agriculturalindustrial structure adjustment, the land contract management rights transfer is anirreversible trend, more and more farmers lost the land that sustains, which is theconcentration of rural to urban ruralessential connotation of urbanization, industrialstructure conversion, the necessity of regional economic development. However, thelandless peasants in the land is easy to fall into the embarrassing situation of "poorfarming fields, no work posts, to weakness security ", due to land acquisitioncompensation system and at the same time, the lack of social and public services,security system, landless peasants in employment, social interaction, psychological,social security, and many other suited, landless peasants and local governmentconflict, triggered a series of social and economic issues.In this paper， the concepts and methods of social work profession，take thequestionnaires and interviews.
