As the ageing population is increasing, our social security system is improving continuously. The coverage and service object is also expanding, the construction of community endowment human resources team is increasingly heavy.On the side of quantity, we need a lot of attendants, we should build the community endowment human resources without delay. On the side of quality, with the progress of the society, the quality of the elderly's life needs to be improved, the attendants'quality also needs to be improved without delay.Community endowment human resources team is the main force in community endowment, and footstone of its development . To build a harmonious society in China, for older people to live healthy, happy, quality, meaningful, we must strengthen the human resources services to the community.This article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction,which strengthen the importance of building the community endowment human resources from the quantitative and qualitative aspects.The second part of "Related theoretical research about building of community endowment human resources", which briefly introduces the theory of domestic and foreign scholars and the latest research results, and elaborates on the human resources community the meaning of old-age, classification and roles.The community endowment human resources is divided into two categories: community workers and volunteers of community endowment.The third part expounds the problems of community endowment human resources from two aspects. First, it illustrates the problems of community workers, such as the introduction of professional standards, wages and benefits, historical problems, and so on. The volunteers of community endowment also have problems, such as short development time, andministration UN-normal, students'service, etc. Part four, combined with China's national conditions and realities of the current problems of community endowment human resources, feasible suggestions are proposed.This article divides the community endowment human resources into two categories: community workers and volunteers of community endowment.And combined with the current problems of community endowment human resources, feasible suggestions are proposed. Related to the volunteers of community endowment, it suggests combine the community volunteer information management systems with identity management systems, bind them together, so we can unify management and inquiry. This will help standardize the management of volunteers, and facilitate the voluntary movement of services across the country, but also to enhance the enthusiasm of volunteer service. I believe that this method has great practical significance.
