Practical Research On Self-organization Cultivation And Development Of Urban Community Workers

In the process of promoting urban governance,community governance is a key link and an important entry point of urban development.In recent years,community self-organization has gradually developed and expanded,which plays an important role in promoting community governance.To carry out community governance work,we should not only pay attention to the strength of residents,but also can not ignore the function of community workers.There are many scholars at home and abroad to study community workers,mainly focusing on the team building,ability improvement,role positioning,community self-organization and other research topics,but less on the practical work process of community workers and the solution to community problems.In the practice of M street,the author found that the governance problems among communities are highly similar.Except for street meetings and Party branch meetings,community workers have few opportunities to communicate with each other.The community work among communities is independent of each other,and some community governance work faces bottlenecks.Based on this,the internship institutions put forward the way of project operation Social work professional methods and social work concept,the community governance heads of various communities are gathered to form self-organization,break the barriers of community co governance,firmly grasp the theme concept of community autonomy and co governance,provide communication channels for discussing community governance problems,solve community livelihood facts,and form intelligent achievements.This article is based on the Shanghai M street community autonomy and the present condition of the work and community work idea,will M street community workers since the organization as the research object,by self-organization process theory,constructivism theory as the instruction,adopts qualitative research methods,through literature analysis,observation method,case analysis and collection of data,using inductive reasoning,observe the community workers ways to grow the self-organizing breeding process and stage of development,to the establishment of community workers self-organizing characteristics and effect were analyzed,and the power source,cultivating and reflect on breeding process and summary,To carry out practical research on the cultivation and development of urban community workers' self-organization,and provide reference for the innovation of community governance,community autonomy and community co-governance.By using research methods related to social work and social work concepts,M Street is linked and integrated with resources,and the wisdom of main autonomous forces is gathered together to form self-organization of community workers,and the cultivation and development of self-organization of community workers are involved,which is a breakthrough in the innovation of community governance.Although this study is not generally applicable to urban streets or communities across the country,it has certain reference significance for streets in Shanghai and other cities with abundant resources,abundant human resources and similar problems in community governance.How to effectively improve self-organization and self-operation efficiency,reduce the influence of objective factors,and better "teach fish to fish",need to be explored and summarized in practice on the basis of this study.
