Study On The Construction Of Teaching Faculty Of Higher Vocational Education In The West Coast Of The Taiwan Straits Under Post Management

This article analyzed and investigated the current issue of developing the construction of teaching faculty in higher vocational schools of economic zone of west coast of the Taiwan straits. The research was carried out under three social backgrounds. By elaborating the research trends in relative higher vocational schools, it focused on one region with specific economic development level, ie, the west coast of Taiwan straits, and discussed the construction of teaching faculty with the same capacity, and studied the relative ideas of post management according to the reform of the personnel system.The article by analyzing the status of the job analysis of the management, staff training in evaluation theory and the theory of these three aspects of human resources management basic theory, clarifying the implementation of job management processes. As a starting point, the article established a teaching staff of the coupled model-building. And in the "Hercy" vocational teacher based on the analysis of the status quo will be the construction of the mechanism of teacher as "Hercy " the focus of vocational teacher-building measures to be analyzed and evaluated.This article' s expansion met the aim of this study, that is to satisfy the developing requirement of higher vocational education, guarantee the quality of higher vocational education, and build a high-quality teaching faculty. The article' s research also had three meanings, including promoting the formation of core competitive power of higher vocational schools, improving the development of teaching faculty, helping the higher vocational schools implement the social functions. And the construction of teaching faculty in higher vocational schools of west coast of the Taiwan straits may benefit a lot from all these above in a long period of time.
