Mutual recognition of the university degree in cross-strait became to the focus by these scholars and people in Taiwan since the two sides of the Taiwan Straits restart the exchange processes. It has a positive role not only in strengthen the relations across the Taiwan straits and promote the cultural exchanges, but also can enhance the cultural identity. To increase mutual trust of people, to share of resources, to improve competitiveness of Higher Education will be promoted in the same time.This education topic used to be a mutually beneficial cooperation project, but its process is a tortuous course, what factors make current situation? What the views of people in the two sides of the Taiwan Straits? How to improve and how to make the cultural and educational communication return to normal? Resolutions of these problems undoubtedly have good meanings to promote political, economic, cultural and people relation-ship of the cross-strait.According to politicization of education issue affect the normal development of cross-strait mutual recognition of academic qualifications. On this basis, a final conclusion about this research is the mutual recognition of academic qualifications is necessary and civil in Taiwan have a positive attitude through in-depth interviews and questionnaire related to scholar, students and empirical research on the demands of the civil. Meanwhile, the restrictive admissions measures enacted by Taiwan on the mainland students will impact to these mainland students whom extending to have education in Taiwan, and the fair of the measure itself also determines the size of the aspirations of the people their reform.Therefore, governments should consider to the following suggested advises in order to fasten the cross-strait mutual recognition of university qualifications and benign docking. Firstly, the education will return back to the marketing mechanism through the government reduce political interference. Secondly, continue to expand cross-strait mutual recognition of qualifications between universities quantity, level and field. Taiwan authorities should endeavor to maintain student interest in mainland students in Taiwan fair, related to discriminatory schooling measures should intensify reform. Finally, the cross-strait should be legal to sign mutual recognition agreements, establish and improve the authentication mechanism and offices to protect the stability of the mutual recognition of qualifications, sustainable development.
