Human resources are the primary resource, a problem of the full development and utilization of human resources that must be addressed is the need of human resources for scientific evaluation of talent. With modern technology and economic development, Math studying of the relationship between the number and quantity has a tremendous impact on the other subjects development. At the field of talent evaluation, the relationship between the quantity plays the same important role. Especially in the implementation of human resources management requirements of the goal of modernization, the evaluation of research talent to stay at the macro level has been inconsistent with the description of the requirements of the times,we also must provide a reliable quantitative analysis of information for decision-making services. And to make math really used for talent evaluation, namely the application of math to play a value, the only way is to use mathematical formulas, the theory of talent evaluation set up a mathematical model of science. The use of mathematical models to solve the issue of talent evaluation can study the relationship between variables in order to explore the changes of things.In this paper, evaluation of talent from home and abroad related to theory, method and practice on the basis of a systematic summary of a detailed analysis of the history of our country on the talent evaluation of thought, pointing out that our country at this stage talent evaluation of the problems and difficulties. Through the above analysis, put forward a talent evaluation process risks exist, from the elements and standards for the identification, evaluation of talent selection, the application of evaluation findings, the right to determine the value, mathematical model design and dispersion of the six aspects in detail.
