The middle school classes in Xinjiang are junior middle school classes in eight cities such as Urumqi where courses are taught in Chinese and admission aimed at students in agricultural and pastoral areas in Xinjiang in the township, village primary school or poverty, and the border counties of the city primary school graduates. Minority nationality accounted for 90%, the rest 10% are the Han nationality, and the admit proportion of children of farmers and herdsmen do not below 87% of the year. Developing minority education is very important for faster and better development of middle school classes in Xinjiang. Therefore, research on teaching of PE classes, fitness of students and social physique anxiety of junior middle school classes are favored a better knowing of these aspects of the students and make the existing advantages into full play. Meanwhile, some suggestions will be proposed which will be theoretical basis and a valuable reference for the study of ethnic minorities.To research on teaching of PE classes, fitness of students and social physique anxiety of junior middle school classes in Xinjiang, this paper mainly used the methods of literature, expert interviewing, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics. er, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The result shows that: the national and the regional government paid much attention to the middle school PE class, established multi-management agencies, and guide the work of School Sport with correct guiding theory; most middle school classes provide complete and enough PE curriculum and can complete teaching mission with quality and on time. In order to vigorously develop the education of the minorities, the State, the Government invested heavily in the acquisition, maintenance of sports facilities. Most of the schools are able to carry out an active extra-curricular sports activities to enrich the lives of students after school, enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of students'participating in sports activities; the gender, job title and age structure of teachers are not reasonable, the PE teachers don't have enough capacity in multimedia applications and scientific research. There is no specific provision for content of courses in "Sports and Health curriculum standards" ,but in the junior middle school class, PE teachers is lack of understanding for the curriculum, it is difficult for them to design curriculums independently. Junior middle school students are in good physical health. The students'body develops normally, body functioning and physical quality are in good condition.However, boys in power projects on and girls in body mass index in the lung are relatively poor. The score for social physique anxiety, worry about Other's Negative Evaluation, discomfort about physique self-Presentation and anxious about social comparison of junior middle school classes in Xinjiang is lower than the national Chinese middle school students of han nationality, and there is significant difference between the two. This shows that students in junior middle school classes in xinjiang is in lower social physique anxiety, which is inseparable with active school sport work. For existing problems, this paper gives suggestions such as enriching the content, exploring activities after school so as to provide academic reference for a faster and better development of junior middle school classes in xinjiang.
