| Physical fitness appeared first in western countries and it was not until the end of the 20 th century that the idea of physical fitness was introduced to our country.In recent years,physical fitness training has been widely used in competitive sports,medical rehabilitation and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality,and has obtained obvious results.Along with the high importance of school physical education and youth physical health in recent years,in order to solve the students’ physical decline,lack of interest in physical exercise.This article applies physical fitness training to junior high school physical education class.On the basis of mastering the physical and mental development characteristics of junior high school students,it aims to improve students’ own physical awareness,establish correct sports concept as the starting point,and improve students’ physical quality as the main purpose,so that students can improve their physical performance in the current situation of the reform of high school physical examination.This paper provides innovative ideas for the development of junior middle school physical education.In this paper,two classes in Grade two of the No.26 Middle School in Kunming City of Yunnan Province are taken as experimental objects,and the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used.Through the combination of physical fitness training and junior middle school physical education,the concept and method of physical fitness training is infiltrated into junior middle school physical education,to explore the effect of its application.Research results:(1)After the teaching experiment,there were no significant differences in body shape(height,weight,BMI value)between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group in standing long jump,vital capacity,pull-up and sit-up(P<0.05),and after the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in vital capacity,pull-up and sit-up(P<0.05).(2)According to the research results,there are significant differences between the experimental groups in 1000 m,800m,15m×4 return-running and50 m running before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but no significant differences in rope skipping(P>0.05).Before and after the experiment,male students in the control group had a significant difference in 1000 m items(P<0.05),but no significant difference in other items(P>0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in1000 m,800m and 50 m projects(P<0.05),but no significant differences in other projects(P>0.05).(3)After a semester of physical education,it is obvious that students are more interested in physical fitness training than traditional physical education,and after the experiment,compared with the control group,the experimental group is more satisfied with the teaching content and teaching form of physical education,and the effect is more obvious.Research conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,the body shape(height,weight and BMI)of students in the two groups changed slightly,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.In this experiment,neither of the two classes had a great impact on the body shape of junior middle school;The physical fitness test results of both groups have been improved to some extent,but scientific physical fitness training can significantly improve students’ cardiopulmonary function,explosive power,upper body strength and waist and abdominal strength.(2)Physical fitness training can effectively improve the performance of students in the compulsory physical education examination in the middle school entrance examination.Compared with traditional physical education,the improvement effect is more obvious.This study has a good application effect on the compulsory physical education examination in the middle school entrance examination as the reference index,indicating the direction for schools to improve the physical education results in the middle school entrance examination.(3)From the final experimental results,the integration of physical fitness training into junior high school physical education in the new era is conducive to improving the core literacy of the subject.It helps students develop the habit of active sports and active exercise,which is conducive to the formation of lifelong sports concept.Physical fitness training arranges training content according to the physical development characteristics and psychological characteristics of junior high school students,so that students have a strong interest in physical education. |
