Research On Stage Management Of "211 Project" Key Subjects Constuction

"211 project" is the largest project in higher education area that government has authorized since the building up of the nation. It's a development and reformation project of higher education system. "211 project" construction includes college's general conditions, key subjects and construction of higher education public service systems. The construction of key subjects is the core of "211 project". Its implementation does not only promote the reformation of college subject structure, but also strengthen comprehensive power of colleges. More importantly, the development of advanced subjects has pushed ahead the development of the country and society. However, there are still many problems existing in the process of developing the key subjects of"211 project". Presently there are no domestic research on the system of key subject construction. This article is written in the context of status depicted above. By quoting the life cycle theory of item management, this article suggests dividing the "211 project" into 3 stages: programming demonstration, implementation and accomplishment. And it also comes up with targeted management of each stage. In the period of programming demonstration, this article works at the selection principle for the direction of key subjects and organizational structure which is suitable for construction of key subjects. In the period of implementation, this article works at the self-assessment system of construction of key subjects to help the colleges of "211 project" to carry out stage management in the condition of fully assimilating the construction status. In the period of accomplishment, by quoting the way of post-project management, this article supposes the stage management to be a closed-loop. In this way, the process supervision of key subjects construction can be strengthened and most valuable improvement advice can be put forward.
