Research On Strengthen Professional Talents Group Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

With the deep advance of economical globalization and the increasing innovation of science and technology, the human beings has already started to step into the Time of Knowledge Economy and the characteristics of Human resources as the strategic resources and the nucleus element of international competitive force is more and more remarkable. The human resources,especially the high-level human resources,have already become the important foundation on which one country seeks the status of international competition and realizes the sustainable development of this country's economy and society. Against the background of the increasingly intense international and regional competition,how to display the basic, strategic and decisive role of the human resources in the economic and social development, realizing the marching development is an important issue faced by the various countries in the world generally.Over the 30 years of development along with the implementation of the Reform and Openness policy, the construction of the specialized and technological talent group has made the considerable progress in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. However, many problems exist in it. This article,on the basis of full investigation,research and demonstration,in the proof foundation, has systematically analysed and outlined the status quo and the existing problems of the specialized and technological talent group in Inner Mongolia, and also has found the impediment to restrict the management of the specialized and technological talent group.Finally,this article,through thematical thinking and according to the reality of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has proposed the concrete suggestions and countetrmeasures to strengthen and improve the construction of the specialized and technological talent group in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
