The professionalism of teachers is one of the important components of teachers' professional accomplishment structure,which is the inevitable requirement of improving the quality of junior middle school geography teaching.It is also the practical need to optimize the junior middle school geography teachers,and it is urgent to enhance the professional accomplishment of junior middle school teachers.However,the current situation of junior high school geography teachers professional situation is not ideal,there are many problems.This paper is mainly based on junior middle school geography teachers,based on the status quo of junior middle school geography teacher teaching,scientific use of literature research,interview,case law on junior high school geography teacher professional feelings to sort out.First of all,the article starts from the origin,meaning and constitution of teachers' professional affection and the particularity of the professional attitudes of junior middle school teachers.Through the in-depth interviews with junior middle school geography teachers,the author draws the status quo of professional attitudes of junior middle school geography teachers.In order to make this paper more clear,Targeted,the author from the professional sentiment of the four dimensions of the analysis that: professional ideal,professional sentiment,professional,professional self four aspects.This paper expounds the current situation and problems of professional attitudes of junior middle school geography teachers.Professional sense of the existence of the value of the existence of confusion,utilitarian impetuous problems;professional sentimental existence of the sense of glory and pride lack of experience,sense of belonging is not strong,the spirit of slackness of the problem;professional to the existence of the concept of utilitarian,teaching style fuzzy;Self-existence of the lack of professional development planning issues.And then on the basis of this analysis of the junior high school geography teacher professional affection problems of the causes of the particularity.Which is mainly reflected in the complexity of teaching content,low interest in students' learning,the lack of opportunities for junior middle school geography teachers,thelack of mental slackness,the embarrassment of junior middle school geography,and the lack of emotional experience of junior high school teachers.In the light of the actual situation of junior middle school geography teachers,the teachers themselves have to set up their lofty goals,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and improve the beliefs of teachers' teaching.Take their dedication and love the students with rich professional love service,clear professionalism,Love to teach,with great enthusiasm into the teaching of them;through self-identity and self-improvement of the value of their own development to maintain a clear review and reflection,and constantly improve and enhance their professionalism,teaching methods and ways to think and Improve,the formation of their own characteristics of the teaching style.
