In order to improve the overall quality and level of education of primary and secondary school teachers in our country, to cultivate high quality teachers in basic education, the ministry of education in September 2007, decided to start at six subordinate normal university pilot implementation of free normal education, to make more solid basic knowledge, comprehensive quality higher personnel involved in the education, become a good teacher, training future educators, add a high quality education resources, so as to promote the teacher education reform to a deeper, higher level development. In order to achieve this goal, the country is committed to high-end education service system construction, teachers continuing education opportunities for free normal education professional master degree education, which is a key link in the process of teachers’ education service system. Free teacher education master’s degree graduate education in the cultivation of graduate students is a master of education degree in a new way, good students, good quality, for the cultivation of master of education has injected new vitality, but also brings challenges. In order to make it better grasp the opportunity and meet the challenge, should be deeper discuss free normal education master’s training, since 2010, when the free normal education master’s cultivation pattern, this new teachers training pattern has become a focus of attention of education research for free normal education master’s research more focused on the master of free normal education teaching mode, the construction of learning mode of study, comparative study for master of education training scheme is still less, the study of training scheme is mostly limited to case studies. Training scheme as a guiding document for graduate education, the importance is self-evident. A comparative study of six free normal universities directly under the ministry of education of chemical free normal education master’s degree training scheme is little so far, the comparative studies between the exploring to this research provides a great space.This research includes the following five parts:The first part, the paper introduction part. Mainly from the overall discusses the research reason, the significance of this study (including academic meaning and practice meaning).The second part, the literature review and related core concepts. Mainly includes literature review, the chemical free teacher education master’s cultivation of theoretical basis and the core concept of relevant education master, from master of teacher education, chemistry from master’s defining the concepts of teacher education.The third part, the research design. Including the research objectives, research content and the research train of thought.The fourth part, the text analysis of the training scheme the elements and empirical research. First of all, to 6 subordinates normal university chemistry from master training scheme comparison and analysis of teacher education. From 6 subordinates normal university training target, curriculum, training methods, such as degree and paper for comparative analysis, find the similarities and differences between each train unit training scheme, to discover the advantages and problems of cultivation unit plan; And then to southwest university grade in 2012,2013,2014 chemical free teacher education master’s questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate object, the main investigation of students training objectives, curriculum setting, curriculum implementation mode, analysis the results of the survey summary case shortcomings in the course of fostering plan implementation.The fifth part, training scheme optimization Suggestions. For chemical free teacher education master’s training scheme in the training objectives, curriculum setting, problems existing in the dissertation, etc, to provide reference suggestion to improve chemical free teacher education master’s programs in China.
