| With the worsening employment situation, students are in the increasingly competitive employment. The employment of psychological pressure on students is also growing. In particular, the financial crisis in 2008 brings a greater employment difficulties and challenges to students. It makes the psychological crisis of college students become more evident. The clash is between the ideal and the reality in the students'employment. It results in a huge psychological gap. The gap makes the students in a state of mental imbalance. They often feel anxiety, low self-esteem, self-denial and other state of mind. These negative psychology if not be adjusted, most likely induce a variety of psychological crisis. It not only affects the employment of university students, but also affects their physical and mental health and normal life. Therefore, we should enhance the mental health education when students are looking for work .We study and analyze the grasp and the underlying causes of these psychological problems in employment .We find some solutions and strategies to help college students out of employment break away from the psychological crisis. They can help the students keep optimistic to face the competition and the challenges in employment .It is also important for the rational using of high-level personnel, the healthy development of higher education and economic development and social stability. Based on the current survey and analysis about graduate employment, we understand the employment situation in recent years. With social reality and the background of the times we analyze the students can face more competition and challenges. This article lists the students in employment are prone to some of the psychological distress and mental problems. Then it analyzes the reasons for psychological distress. Finally it puts forward some countermeasures. The contents of this paper are divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. It mainly discusses the research background, status, significance, and so on.The second part describes the main psychology problems of college students in employment.These problems are named three parts: cognitive psychology, emotional psychological and social psychology.The third part discusses the reasons for psychological distress of Graduate Employment .It mainly analyzes the social reasons, the school cause and personal reasons.The fourth part discusses the support role of the mental health education in the Graduate Employment .It mainly helps the students establish a correct concept of career and values, enhance mental frustration and force, correct understanding of self and self-pleasing, overcome the psychological obstacle, maintain inner harmony and promote occupational adaptation.The fifth part describes how to achieve the support of mental health education in the students'employment. These countermeasures are mainly from the society, school and the students themselves. |
