The beginning of 1990's so far, the education training marketplace and private schools in China have rapidly developed, but a few problems need resolving urgently in the developing process. One outstanding problem is that the index system of performance assessment for teachers isn't rational. Private training schools, which want to have a stable, high-caliber teacher team, to enhance the quality of education, realize the school development strategy, must establish an index system of performance assessment for teachers which must be suitable in our country. The research content are as follows:First, on the basis of study of index systems of performance assessment for teachers at home and abroad, a lack of in-depth investigation of the index systems for private training school teachers in China is found now. The index systems are too simple and can't be reasonably comprehensive evaluation of teacher performance. There is emphasis on financial benifits indicators and the neglect of teacher professional development indicators.Second, considering the particularity of the performance assessment, through the consultancy and documents to collect the indicators, the questionnaire is designed and survey is carried out in 4 private training schools which have been set up for more than 9 years. The indicators are choosed and classified. The analysis results of the index system of reliability and validity is good. Delphi method is used to determine the weight of the indicators. This article has builded a more scientific index system for these schools.The index system includes 4 first level indicators , 8 second level ones and 44 third level ones.Finally, in the implementation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation deals with the qualitative indicators of the performance to finish score calculation.In this thesis, the indicators of financial benefits should be included in the index system, the indicators of customer relationship should be paid more attention, and the indicators on humane Care should be more emphasized.
