As a well-known private university in Nanchang area,NL College adopts the traditional method to evaluate the performance of NNL College according to the teachers' attendance and the completion of education and scientific research,which is limited by the local and industry factors,and evaluates the teachers' performance according to the teachers' attendance and the completion of the educational research work set by the school.And according to the results of performance appraisal to give incentive to teachers,although this performance appraisal method is consistent with the behavior of most private colleges and universities,but in private colleges and universities industry competition is fierce,In the case of robbing excellent teachers by various enterprises,the appraisal method of NL College is not effective because it neglects the long-term development of teachers and the construction of a closer relationship between teachers and schools.Obviously,there is the problem of the loss of excellent teachers and the decline of school teaching quality and influence.In the performance appraisal of teachers in private colleges and universities,on the one hand,the examiners are influenced by the evaluation system of teachers in public colleges and universities,showing concern for teachers' virtue and ability,educational and teaching achievements,and on the other hand,because of the profit-making of private colleges and universities,Therefore,there is a focus on economic efficiency in the assessment,the results of the assessment mainly focus on the use of material incentives.At present,the current situation of performance appraisal in domestic universities,especially private universities,is similar.Therefore,the author analyzes the performance appraisal of teachers in NL College,and tries to play a role in the performance appraisal.It is found that in the performance appraisal of teachers in NL College,the related regulations of NL College are the main ones,which mainly focus on the results of the teaching and education work of teachers in private colleges and universities,and the methods of performance appraisal are unreasonable.The indicators of performance appraisal only focus on educational achievements,communication in performance appraisal,inadequate application of performance appraisal results,and so on.In view of these problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the perfect strategy of teacher performance appraisal system in NL college,which should be based on the needs and characteristics of teacher performance appraisal in private colleges and universities at present,combined with the actual situation of NL college.Select balanced Scorecard as the performance appraisal method to realize the integration and unification of multiple assessment levels,construct the performance appraisal index system of four dimensions: finance,teaching object,work quality,learning and development.According to the work content and duty division of teachers in NL College,this paper puts forward the second level index division and assessment target,and obtains the weight of different indexes through investigation and analysis,and in the implementation of performance appraisal system,it should be optimized.The communication system of performance appraisal can change the problem of insufficient communication,realize the multiple utilization of the evaluation result,and give full play to the effect of improving the work effect of teachers.
