As the development of computer technology, multi-media computers and Internet technology, we have step into the informational society from industrial society. The educational fields have been impacted by the rapid progress of information technology. At the same time, it also making more requests for teachers of their information literacy. How to train a group of teachers with modern educational technology becomes a important link to drive education information and teaching innovation. Currently, various forms of educational technology training are across the country. It is an urgent task to improve the quality of educational technology training.Based on the Performance technology theory and the current level of educational technology training for university academic staff, in this paper, the theory and method of educational technology is used to develop educational technology capability of university teachers and to study the performance problems of educational technology training in universities from a systematic point of view. It also gives the answers to the feasibility and necessity of evaluation of university teachers' education technology training. The key point of this research is to design the systematic evaluation index of performance. And it also discuss the strategy of performance of educational technology training at university.In Chapter 1,the author analyzed the background and significance of this research. The author first summerize the performance, performance evaluation and current research in China and foreigh countries. Then the author analyzed current situation about this research.In Chapter 2,some concepts related to this research are identified and some basic theroies are summarized.In Chapter 3,the paper analyzes the current facts and problems of evaluation of educational technology training at universities. It conceives the construction of systematic evaluation index of performance and gives a model of performance appraisal.In Chapter 4,designs the teacher training systematic evaluation index of performance and distributed the indicators weight using AHP.In Chapter 5, concludes the main achievements and shortage of this research.
