Along with the development of economy globalization, international trade not only forms a global market but also diversify the contents of it, transcending from single goods trade to goods and service trade areas. Education Trade is listed within 12 categories of Service Trade according to the GATT. High Education Service Trade is defined as in and output, as the economic purpose, of high education, which is the tremendously important in service education, certainly belonging to one kind of international service trade.Service trade is supplied through four major modes, cross-border trade; abroad consumption; commercial existing in service country and human flowing. In education industry, above-mentioned four modes are distance education; abroad student education; China-foreign countries joint school running and inviting foreign teachers. With the research findings of Chinese and foreign experts and corresponding knowledge of education and international trade, the dissertation, four major supplying codes of high education service trade being the objectives of study, will focus on Chinese high education service trade's present situation and existing problems with statistic method and more importantly present instructive solutions and advices. With the fast development of Chinese Economy and improvement of Chinese international status over 10 years, big changes are taking place in the area of Chinese high education service trade but some problems are still existing, such as imperfection of high education service trade's policies and regulations; low scale of high education service trade external environment; singleness of high education service trade. In order to improve the competitiveness of Chinese high education in international market, we need to continuously consummate policies and regulations, optimizing external environment, expanding and enhancing quality and scale, developing characteristics of high education, diversifying courses.
