Since the 1990s, education in China has come into a new period,during which new ideas of education have been introduced all the time and new teaching methods and models have been tried and used one after another. Among them Inquiry Teaching and its model are one of the most popular teaching methods at present. Inquiry teaching on the basis of mathematics has its own characteristics, but there are not so many relatirely pointed researches; as for the strategy in mathematics inquiring teaching was much weaker. But the effective classroom instruction must have its corresponding scientific strategy.Therefore,the fundamental research and the practice exploration in mathematics inquiring teaching play an important role in this paper, It is the breach of researching this task.This paper proposes six strategies of mathematics inquiry teaching in classroom of high middle school by means of literature analysis, questionnaire, example, experimentation and the theory of inquiry teaching at home and abroad. These six strategies are: 1. choose the proper content of the inquiry, and inquiry-based processing; 2. the creation of the problem scenarios to inspire students Interest of exploration; 3. mathematical methodology as the guide, teach students the ways of exploration; 4. get inquiry and acceptance by exploring the local classroom; 5. An error from the start, induction into mathematics; 6. Enhance self-efficacy, deepening into teaching Inquiry. At the same time, "math concepts", "mathematical proposition was found" and "exercise of inquiry", "review inquiry" and "extra-curricular activities and operations," the five types of math classes were to explore the practice of teaching strategies and means Lesson Corresponding to the specific mode of operation. By the experiment in the classroom, the strategy of inquiry teaching is studied from the theory to the practice. Moreover, the characteristic of each strategy is manifested through the teaching case.
