A country and a nation in an unprecedented fierce international competition forever invincible, cultivate high-quality personnel is the key. On how to comprehensively promote quality education, how to give full play to the moral education at the role of quality education, improve moral appropriateness, effectiveness and other issues our country has become the field of general high school education reform an emerging hot topic.This study was taken from the second middle school Hohhot, Hohhot fourteenth school, Inner Mongolia Normal University Senior College for secondary school three samples questionnaire. Through the survey found that HUHHOT Senior moral existence following issues: the quality of teachers is not high, morality needs to be improved construction; moral education curriculum construction and teaching characteristics of the greatest challenges facing the development.From social factors, family factors and school factors in its three angles to analyze the reasons.
