The 17th Session of the Chinese Communist party proposed:"priority the development of education,building the country with powerful human resoures" Teacher is the key of education development,teachers' professional development has become the focus of concerned most educators. Teaching and Research Section(TRS)is an unadministrative orginaztion,it can promote teacher's professional development,it's also the learning community,it makes the teacher's professional development by external control to be independent.But from the current practice,the existing TRS can't play an important role,the formalism of teaching and researching activities,individualism culture and the interaction between the teacher isolation hampered teachers professional development.To establish unity cooperation TRS is very important for the development of the school. Teachers' professional development of ecological orientation for the cooperative research provides theoretical basis,The teacher professional development supported cooperative research reflective characteristics of culture construction,The cooperative rescarch culture of teacher is more advantageous to realize practical skills,thinking and wisdom,the idea and method,emotional and spiritual resonance,it helps to rise the teaching quality, and also to promote teachers professional growth.Therefore,this research will construct the cooperative research.In this article mathematics research group of H elementary school in Anyang as research samples,using literature study and case study,the method of combining the Japanese schools from mathematics teachers teaching research mode of constructing cooperative research group,a primary school teachers in teaching and research of the most fundamental and most daily organization in-depth research and analysis,explore effective teaching mode under new course background of the elementary school mathematics(?)t,to promote teacher's professional growth and development to provide constructive Suggestions.This paper firstly introduces the background and propose,expounds the methods and procedures,Secondly,from the basic situation of the domestic and international,research on teachers' professional development,the construction of the teaching and research group,Next,the combination of H elementary school case data structure,the mathematics research groups and teacher's grow and change,"cooperative research summary of this study team teachers.At the same time,on the basis of analysis of the research,finally from the concept,system,form,three aspects were summarized and proposes Suggestions for further action.
