Physics is a subject closely related with modern production and living, practicalcourse. In the ordinary course of education, physical teachers must pay attention to booklearning and real life contact, contact and the development of modern science andtechnology, but also trying to broaden the students ’ knowledge, active students ’ thinkingand cultivating students ’ innovative thinking ability based on practice. These teachers ’own knowledge and ability alone is impossible, this requires physical preparation tosincerely cooperate with teachers, physical education.Lesson planning group is the most basic unit of school activities, is most convenientand direct place to conduct teaching and research activities of teachers, is to improve thequality of teaching of the most significant organization. For young teachers, lessonplanning group is the cradle of their growth, which assumed the burden of training youngteachers without hesitation. Physics lessons teachers for teacher professional developmentin the cooperation within the Group provided favorable conditions and environment, andto promote the professional growth of teachers, improve teachers ’ professional levels,accelerated professional growth of teachers have an important role.Paper through literature understanding current physical lessons group withinteachers cooperation exists of problem, analysis effects current physical lessons groupwithin teachers effective cooperation of factors, explore promoting physical lessons groupwithin teachers effective cooperation of strategy and method, and to shouguangyizhongphysical lessons group within teachers of cooperation for cases, in-depth which forquestionnaire survey and interview, preliminary formed based on Shouguang a in thephysical lessons group within teachers effective cooperation of views and recommends,last obtained has general suitable sex of improve middle school physical lessons groupwithin teachers effective cooperation of conclusions. This research is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction. Carding and analysis of the status quo ofteachers ’ cooperation at home and abroad, and the purpose and significance of this study,as well as the specific methods used in the study are described.Chapter II is a high school physics lessons influencing the teachers ’ problems incooperation and cooperation within the group. Through the analysis of relevant literatureand organizing, summed up the current set of middle school physics lessons within themore general problems in teachers ’ cooperation, and the physics lesson analyzes themajor factors of teachers ’ cooperation within the group.Chapter Ⅲ is to promote high school physics lessons the theory construction ofeffective cooperation within the group. Combined with the psychological basis ofteachers ’ cooperation--the theory of group dynamics, as well as socio-cultural foundationof teacher collaboration-social interdependence theory to expound the necessity ofteachers teachers collaboration, and defines the concepts of this study.The fourth chapter is the high school physics lessons teachers ’ strategies foreffective cooperation within the group. Lesson for high school physics teachers tocollaborate effectively within a group by the principles, methods and strategies aredescribed.The fifth chapter is to promote effective cooperation within the Group of middleschool physics lessons of practice. Based in Shouguang, a physics lesson of teachercollaboration within the group practice, on the current use of the commonly used ways ofthe questionnaire survey and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, and puts inShouguang, a physics lesson of the school teachers ’ opinions and suggestions foreffective cooperation within the group.The sixth chapter is summary and reflection.
