The ministry of education promulgated《the Chemistry Curriculum Standard of Fulltime System Compulsory Education (experiment draft)》in 2001. The standard regarded science inquiring as the diverse teaching principle and studying mode, emphasized that the chemistry experiment become an important path of learning chemistry and realizing science inquiring. The chemical experiment holds the important status in the junior middle school chemistry discipline. It is a very vital role and un-replaceable by other teaching way to raise student's scientific accomplishment and cultivate the synthesizing capacity paying great attention to chemical experiment in chemistry teaching.The paper regarded the present situation of the domestic and foreign middle school chemical experiment teaching and the development foundation as base. Based on the curriculum principle of《the Chemistry Curriculum Standard of the Fulltime System Compulsory Education》and all-around development theory, take rural Junior middle schools as examples in Tianshui and Longnan, Gansu Province. The investigation and research on the situation of the chemical experiment teaching of rural junior middle school in Gansu Province, according to questionnaire survey and interview. It indicated: at present, chemical experiment teaching have many questions. The main contents include the follows: Firstly, the experiment teaching investment is insufficiency, laboratory construction is backwardness, the experiment start rate is low, and the opportunities of operations for students to do experiment by themselves are less. Second, the idea of teacher's chemistry teaching need to be improved, and the basic experiment quality of teacher is low, continuing education is serious lag. Third, the rural teachers' pay or wages is low, thus made the qualified and experienced teacher's flow is irregularly. Fourth, the appraisal ways are unreasonable because of neglecting to the teachers and student's synthesizing capacity. According to the above research, the paper proposed feasible means and the corresponding countermeasures: Firstly, renewing idea of education and teaching. Secondly, perfecting and increase rural education investment policy and investment dynamics. Thirdly, make a plan to construct a qualified chemistry teacher troop in rural junior middle school. Fourth, through the establishment and the reform of experiment contents and the experiment class hours and laboratory construction, the paper proposed chemical experiment teaching's pattern in different development's level of rural junior Middle school.Generally, the theme absolutely aims on the constructing of new patterns for the rural Junior Middle school's chemical experiment teaching and providing reference and refers to the Rural Junior Middle School chemical experiment teaching in the undeveloped areas in china.
