Game-based learning software is one kind of computer application softwares. It provides an interactive learning platform full of incentive mechanism for the users. It can stimulate the learners'study motivation by entertainment, and can make the learners construct their knowledge with pleasure in the play situations as well. Developing and popularizing the game-based learning software is a potential development trend in computer education application, using the education function of it sufficiently and applying them to primary and middle school IT classroom teaching, have become one big research subject in current IT teaching studies.The author according to the analysis of present situation and problems of the game-based learning software using in IT classroom learning, proposes a design scheme of it for primary and middle, then elucidates the research objectives,contents,significances and methods of this paper.And then the author analyzes the educational function of the game-based learning software, summed up the general development process of game-based learning software, analyzes the main technologies that will be used in this research. at the same time, the author introduces related guiding principles that will be used in designation and development of this system. After analysis the instruction design of this game, the author designs the overall structure and then completes this game-based learning software just as she designed. At last, the author applies this game-based learning software to practical teaching, and analyzes practice situation and problems that occurred in practical teaching. She also make a comprehensive analysis and reflection of the effects and problems in teaching, in order to find the best approach to apply the game-based learning software to IT classroom teaching. On this basis, the author summarizes this research and tries to put forward the further research work.
