The social justice is the inherent need of socialist harmonious society, and the educational justice becomes one of the important contents of social justice. At the background of the socialist harmonious society, the equity in education plays an important role in promoting not only the social members'self interests but also the stability and development. It is a beginning of realization the social justice and as the powerful support. In addition it is the essential requirements for all-round development of talents. The equity in education in the background of harmonious society is a hot issue relating politics, education and economics. How to comprehend the equity in education on the point of constructing harmonious society; what is the actual condition of educational justice at present; what solutions and countermeasures can we adopt to promote educational equity, The above are the main contents in this thesis.This text conducts the exposition using four parts: The first part goes into the mean of this article and analyze the situation of the educational justice at home and aboard.The second is tries to clarify the relations of the harmonious society and the educational justice. Educational justice is not only the important part and foundation of the harmonious society, but also it is a way to achieve the harmonious society, is the essential factor.The three part which I pointed out that in the process of constructing our harmonious society,analyses the unjust conditions and the reasons in educational field. The injustice educational phenomena are not only merely exist in the education opportunity equality,but also exist in the education process and in the education result. And point out the education is not fair on the impact of a harmonious society.The four part which is analyzed the reasons that produced these phenomena from the deep level,and tried to give some measures to solve these unfair phenomena to construction the harmonious society,including: First we should promote the educational idea, deepen the comprehension of the strategy that rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, and set up the scientific thought of development that people foremost; develop the economy vigorously; Next the effort from the government in the policy should incline to the developing area,gives the developing area certain benefit compensation,carries on the system innovation; Readjusting the governmental policy for educational justice; enhancing law insurance; constructing the fair atmosphere; Only then can achieves these, can fundamentally eliminate our country's injustice educational phenomena, and can achieve the education harmony, thus realizes the entire society's harmony.
