An Investigation And Research For The Status Of Environmental Education In Chemistry Teaching In Senior Middle Schools

Chemistry plays an important role in environmental education in high school,animportantsubjectofchemistryteachingis what Teachers and students. Environmental awareness and attitudes, and whether they have fully ability to exploit the teaching content of environmental education and teaching in a variety of forms through practice, which relates to man and nature's harmonious development.The survey was based on the analysis and comparison of environmental education content of high school chemistry .The survey was targeted at 140 teachers and 720 students in high schools, The results of the surve showed that: the teachers'and students'environmental awareness is relatively high, they have good environmental behaviors and higher enthusiasm of environmental education, but their environment knowledges are poor at a large extent; teachers, environmental education methods are single. The leaders do not attach the importance to environmental education; there are very few facilities of environmental education in schools. Combined with interviews and classroom observation of teaching cases related to environmental education and the analysis and comparison of teaching cases.Through the analysis to the situation, The problems of teaching include textbooks',teachers'and students'problems. The problems of education mechanism include leads'and Educational Evaluations'problems.I put forward corresponding countermeasures to address the environmental education problems: environmental issues shoud be Systematic In the chemical books. Teachers should be trained for environmental education. The students'application of environmental knowledge and problem-solvingabilitiesshouldbeimproved.School-basedcurriculumofEnvironmental education and environmental education in personal topics research for Chemistry teacher shoud be promoted widely. Teachers should be trained forenvironmental education evaluation. The facilities and conditions of Environmental education should be improved in schools.
