The Women's Organization Participation In The Village Governance

Political participation is the most important means to use the political right and achieve the interest. To be theoretical and legal, in socialized china, male and female has the equal political participation right, through which they grow up to be of democratic notion and capability. It does not only indicate the modern political civilization but also symbolizes female liberation.Communist Party of China pays close attention to female liberation, especially the female participation issue. After the foundation of People's Republic of China, through the inspiring inside the whole nation, rural women expertly participated group work which changed the identity of home sitter. This creates the possibility of common management of rural community. After the reform and opening of china, the autonomy of rural people has become one of the most active and extensive socialism democracy practice carried out in rural area. Millions and millions of people including the rural female passionately joined to the activity to be owner of nation which pushed the rural female participation onto a new stage. To be legal principal, upon the background of autonomy of rural people, the female enjoy equal democratic rights in rural administration. However, during the past 10 years, female participation in rural administration especially in public organization had not turned out to be obvious. This article uses database of village K in Zhejiang province, based on rural administration, invested and studied the rural women's participation in the public organization and its functions process.The whole article is divided into 8 parts:The 1^st part expounded the source of study, theory of study and significance of practice. Review and evaluated the existing related research. Introduce the study means and data resource as well as initial define of several main notions involved n the article. The 2^nd part introduced the general situation of village K, mainly focus on illustrating the structure of public organization.The 3 ^rd part invested the position of rural women in rural organization, the role they play in the function process of rural public organization and also the status and effect of female rural organization in rural administration.The 4^th part analyzed the policy of female committee in the government of Zhejiang province for boosting the equal participation of rural women. Invested the implement of the policy and the objective effect of female participation in rural administration.The 5^th part examined the characteristic of female organization participation, indicated the "absence" of female participation in rural public organization and "voiceless" in decision making and probes into the main influential factors hindering women's organization participation.The 6^th part analyzed the main factor leads to the low participation of female in rural organization and assumed that weak system support, the wrong self define of rural women, the influence of traditional paternity family culture, the lack of "female relatives" from female representative committee and gender tendency on power governance in rural society is main influencing factor defines the weak participation of rural organization.The 7^th part explored the effect of low participation of rural women organization. It takes on manifestation that confines realization of gender equal and female liberation, restrict the low level democracy development and violate the legal self-govern right of rural women.The 8^th part from the appointed gender quota policy of trainee cadres, direct election of women representative committee, raise the organization's level of rural women, format the advanced gender culture in society and legal govern of rural administration and showed the realistic way to push the rural women participation.
