Our country is developing country, and people earn a low salary comparison with other country. There are a lot of difference between cities and villages, including the education. The number of people who living in the villages accounts for 65% of total people, The time they stay at school is no more than seven year, which limits the economic development of villages.It is very important both for individuals and our country to carry out the compulsory education, but the compulsory education in village fell behinds the cities. The compulsory education has been changed for several times, but has been absolutely solved. It couldn't meet the needs of modern education in villages including the fees, conditions and teachers.It has been improvement in rural economy, and the fees spending on compulsory education in village has been raised. However, There is a big gap between cities and villages . such as the teachers'number and qualify , the unreasonable subject, the number of students who quit from the school, etc. These problems were analyzed and advised by the paper. It was suggested that we should spend more money on the education, increase the salary of the teacher and make the law of compulsory education public in order to solve these questions.Education is the foundation for the development in our country, it has been carrying on education innovation, We should grasp the chance to improve the standard of rural education, shorten the difference between the cities and villages, make the compulsory education harmonious development. It is desirable to solve these problems in the rural compulsory education.
