Higher vocational education bears an important task of educating people with higher skill in producing, building, managing and serving. Since 1999, the scale of higher vocational education is expanded rapidly, and it occupies half field of institution of higher learning in our country both in quantity of universities and colleges and scale of students at school. Meanwhile, the teaching condition is being improved constantly, the reform in education is being deepened rapidly, the role of network course in the reform of higher vocational education is conspicuous day by day.The course reform is a core in the reform of higher vocational Education. After surveying it, the author finds that while making considerable progress, some outstanding problems exist in the course reform too, which has influenced the improvement of the teaching quality of higher vocational education. These questions are as following three aspects:First, the description of the course goal is not clear and concrete enough, it is very general to lack the situation of the field goal of emotion; Second, while course is implemented, students' intelligence characteristic and studying style can't adapt to the teaching activity that the teacher designs, which will influence the study enthusiasm of the students; Third, the guide effect in teaching evaluation is not obvious enough, the educational function in examination needs to be strengthened.In 1983, Professor Gardiner of Harvard University proposed the plural intelligence theory and exerted an enormous influence in the course reform all over the world. In course reform, based on plural intelligence theory it can be summarized as " teaching for plural intelligence " and " teaching by plural intelligence ". The former can be regarded as our new thinking of the educational objective, the latter can be regarded as our new pursuit on the educational method. This subject regards plural intelligence theory as the theoretical foundation of the course reform, makes " teaching for plural intelligence " as the guide principle of course design, and also makes course and teaching objective which could meet the society needs; At the same time,it also makes" teaching by plural intelligence "as the principle of guiding and evaluating the teaching mode,which has been made according to the student's characteristic and train objective, and which has been given application in Internet Curriculum and has been proved tentatively.
