The results showthat:1.From the perspective of multiple intelligence theory ofcalisthenics teaching and in word-language, music-rhythmintelligent intelligent, body-kinesthesia intelligence,self-knowledge,intrapersonalintelligence,association-exchangeintelligence, the experimental group and control group there existsignificant differences, and in self-knowledge-intrapersonalintelligence does not exist significant differences.2.From the perspective of multiple intelligence theory ofcalisthenics teaching through the body-kinesthesia intelligenceraise, improve the students’ body self-esteem, so as to furtherimprove the students’ overall level of self-esteem, and eventuallysecondary students’ psychological health problems.
