In recent years,with the rapid development of machine intelligence,intelligent achievements have been applied to all aspects of work and life,and the job replacement cycle has decreased sharply,which has put forward new requirements for workers.However,today,when machines are beginning to be intelligent,higher vocational teaching has not paid full attention to the cultivation of human wisdom,there are some shallow performance,there are a lot of students as containers of knowledge,the phenomenon of working behind closed doors.The implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform(20 articles of Vocational Education)promulgated by the State Council clearly points out that in order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,the implementation of high-quality development of higher vocational education must proceed from teaching.Where should the theoretical courses of higher vocational education.What kind of teaching ability can accord with the development of the times and the cultivation of high quality talents?About higher vocational professional theory courses what kind of teaching can be in line with the development of the times and cultivate high-quality talents?Based on the consideration of the above problems,this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature,observation and interview to make clear what is the pursuit of the value of in-depth teaching of theoretical courses in higher vocational colleges,and what are the characteristics in each link of teaching.First of all,after consulting and combing a large number of literatures,the theoretical basis of in-depth teaching of theoretical courses in higher vocational colleges is constructed.Then it deeply excavates the shallow performance of higher vocational professional theory courses in practical teaching by means of observation and interview,and finally abstracts the characteristics of in-depth teaching in the combination of theory and reality.It also provides a strategic reference for promoting the depth of theory teaching in higher vocational colleges.After in-depth discussion,this study draws the following conclusions: first,on the basis of Feng Qi's epistemology,it is clear that the value pursuit of in-depth teaching is to turn knowledge into wisdom.Combined with the special orientation and learning situation of higher vocational education,it is clear that the value pursuit of higher vocational professional theory courses is the wisdom of craftsmen,and answers the question of what is the value pursuit of in-depth teaching of higher vocational professional theory courses.Second,after a large number of observations and interviews,it is found that the teaching objectives of higher vocational professional theory courses ignore professional characteristics and lack wisdom goals,and the content is outdated and unbalanced,which hinders higher vocational students' intelligent understanding.In the process,the lack of problems and perceptual experience make it difficult for craftsmen to generate wisdom and transform theoretical knowledge.In the evaluation,the standard is rigid and the subject is absent,so it is difficult to evaluate the superficial performance such as the process of transforming knowledge into wisdom and the comprehensiveness of craftsman wisdom.Third,synthesize the understanding of the pursuit of the value of in-depth teaching of theoretical courses in higher vocational colleges and the shallow performance of realistic teaching,and get the characteristics of in-depth teaching of theoretical courses in higher vocational colleges.In the aspect of teaching objectives,it highlights the professional guidance in the process of transforming knowledge into wisdom,and emphasizes the complete grasp of the craftsman's wisdom by the teaching subject.In terms of teaching content,highlight the era of the content to lay a good foundation for the transformation of knowledge into wisdom,pay attention to the appropriateness of the content to promote students' intelligent understanding;in the teaching process,pay attention to promoting craftsman wisdom generation by deep reflection and deep communication to promote knowledge transformation;in teaching evaluation,we should pay attention to the whole process of authenticity evaluation and multi-agent cooperation to evaluate the effect of craftsman wisdom generation.Finally,it is put forward that the relevant workers of theoretical courses in higher vocational colleges should devote themselves to establishing the concept of deep teaching,enriching the teaching resources of deep teaching,creating a teaching environment of deep teaching,and improving the teaching ability of teachers' in-depth teaching.
