Since the 21 st century,the contradiction between the rapid development of Modern Museum Public Service Management and the shortage of museum professionals has become increasingly prominent.In December 2011,the State Administration of Cultural Heritage issued a medium-and long-term development plan for the museum industry,which stated that "strengthening the building of a contingent of museum practitioners is the Primary Safeguard for the development and prosperity of the museum industry.".At the same time,interdisciplinary training of graduate students has become an important direction of global graduate education reform,especially in the context of China's new liberal arts construction,interdisciplinary background graduate students will be the most potential cross-innovation talents.As a new thing,the construction of the master's degree of cultural relics and museums faces various problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the structure of the students,the length of the educational system,the implementation of the dual tutorial system,and how to embody the characteristics of the applied specialty,etc.As far as the student source structure is concerned,how to change the interdisciplinary background of the post-graduate students from the disadvantages in the traditional concept to the advantages under the guidance of the concept of open museum personnel training,this is worthy of all training units seriously consider the issue.In this paper,the cross-disciplinary background of the post-graduate students as the survey object,through the form of questionnaires to investigate their learning,and for the survey data for effective analysis.Secondly,the author of the combination of interviews in-depth understanding of the interdisciplinary background of the post-graduate students learning problems.Finally,this paper analyzes the status quo of liberal arts and Liberal Arts Master's study under the interdisciplinary background and puts forward some improving strategies.
