Before the experiment 50 subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 25) and the control group (n = 25). The experimental group carried out in the physical education movement in Pilates-based physical exercises, each lesson must be to ensure that the Pilates movement 30min; the control group using the traditional means of conventional physical education.Experiments show that the development of body strength can significantly promote the development of trunk muscle strength, agility and flexibility, such as the quality of health effects on the physical effect is a relatively simple and easy to maintain the physical form of the means of physical exercise.Two groups of subjects were tested before and after 1 year of spine bending exercise status, physical and other indicators, the use of T-tested method of experimental and control groups were carried out a statistical analysis of physical indicators. The results showed that after 1 year of practice, the experimental group were the natural state of vertical levels of the spine than the control group.
