| Subhealth problems of college students have become one of the key problems affecting the personal development of college students at present.As a result of the decline of self-discipline,staying up all night playing mobile phones,playing computers,sitting for a long time and sitting properly,not exercising,less exercise times,etc.,the occurrence of scoliosis seriously affects the spine health of college students.Resistance exercise as a new sports training rehabilitation model is more and more widely used in various sports.In recent years,foreign scholars have studied resistance training,but there are few studies on long-term resistance exercise on spinal health of ordinary college students.this study: to explore the effect of long-term resistance strength training on the spine of ordinary college students by studying the changes of physiological curvature of the spine and the changes of the test results of sub-healthy spine,shoulder,neck and hip indexes before and after the intervention of maximum strength resistance training in the <unk2> week 1.This paper attempts to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for how to improve the sub-health of college students’ spine,how to improve the scoliosis of college students and how to provide scientific and reasonable fitness for college students.Methods: 82 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the strength group and the control group,of which 70 were in the strength group and 12 were in the control group.Exercise in the strength group was 10 times *4 groups *70%1RM squats and bench presses,2 minutes between groups,2 times a week,lasting 12 weeks,1RM test was conducted every four weeks,and the new training load was re-determined to adapt to the change in strength growth.The control group did not exercise.After 12 weeks,subjects were tested for spinal curvature,spinal,shoulder and hip energy.Results: After 12 weeks 1 RM maximum resistance strength training,scoliosis was improved and sub-health test results were improved.There were significant differences in spine curvature(trunk tilt angle ATI,straight sacral tilt angle,upright thoracic curvature,upright lumbar curvature,anterior.Flexion lumbar curvature)(p<0.05);(2)sub-health test results in spine and other parts: were significant differences before and after the experiment(Pp<0.01).Conclusion :(1)the maximum resistance strength training RM 12 weeks can improve the sub-health test results and improve the sub-health state(2)12 weeks resistance strength training can improve the scoliosis. |
