The Study Of Application Of Diversified Teaching Method For Basketball Majors In Higher Education

Diversified teaching method should be applied in order to improve the quality of basketball teaching. The paper adopts such methods as expert interview, questionnaire survey, experimental and statistics to get students from grade 2008 in PE college into the study. As to the conclusion, the T examination method and X square method are adopted. As is shown in practical teaching, diversified teaching method is available in mastery of the skills and comprehension of the theories. It raises the students' interests and potential and helpful in cultivating the students' learning ability.Diversified teaching method in basketball teaching has reached teaching goal in that it in accordance with the features in modern teaching and put the students in the subject role. This method is helpful in the flowing aspects: improving the teacher-student relationship, cultivating team-work spirit, etc. In conclusion, diversified teaching method is universally applied in teaching for both PE majors and non- PE majors.
