One important contents of the language teaching is, to teach the students feeling,understanding,appreciating,enjoying. It is the cause of Teaching Reading in Chinese with the Help of Annotations (TRCHA). TRCHA use classic method to read. There have two concepts: material and words. Material is subject to reader, words are reader's thinking which the fire between author and reader is.This article will try to explain the content and value of TRCHA from theories, put forward corresponding implementation strategy from the practice, hoping it will provide help to popularized this new reading teaching method. In teaching, combining with the actual circumstance of the students, teachers and students read material. After thinking, they have a particular feeling, and then writing down in several methods. Except this, analyzing of examination paper in order that student can have overall comprehension.The thesis is composed of four parts:Part One: Introduce the content and the foundation of TRCHAPart Two: The value of advocate TRCHA on the background of the new Course standard . Mainly from the theories and practical functions two aspects.Part Three: The implementation strategy of the Teaching Reading in Chinese with the Help of Annotations (TRCHA).
