Mathematics problems derive from mathematics situation, while mathematics context is considered as fertile soil for mathematics problems. Thinking comes from difficult or uncertain situation, which implies the forward growth of knowledge. Having concept that student development should be centralized, new curriculum standards pay more attention to highlight the dominant position of students in study, to let students have emotional experience, to cultivate their awareness of participation, and their ability of exploring, discovering and innovation. With the intensifying of curriculum reform, the educational circle emphasizes more on problem situation creation and its efficiency. "Study on mathematics situation creation Status Quo in high school" is beneficial to get inside view of the necessity of effective teaching, to emphasize the importance of mathematics situation creation, to improve the mathematics classroom teaching effectiveness in high school, and to promote classroom teaching reform.The author of this article adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and individual interview to investigate and analyze problem situation creation Status Quo in the front line of teaching, which mainly includes teachers awareness of the necessity of problem situation creation, the degree of care applied to problem situation creation, those type of creation that can improve teaching effectiveness better, the way to make such creation more efficient, etc. This article focuses on how to create efficient problem situation. Research indicates,with the intensifying of curriculum reform, we can affirm that teachers have become aware of the necessity of problem situation creation and have paid more attention to it. However, they have not studied into the subject enough, and they lack relative guidance.Good problem situation creation can stimulate studying interests, passion and confidence, which therefore can improve mathematics classroom instruction efficiency, while bad situation may make it difficult for students to think and study mathematics. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the efficiency of problem situation creation.
