Study On The Construction Of Basic Organization For Teaching In Colleges And Universities In Jiangxi Province

Basic organization for teaching is the most fundamental unit to carry out the pedagogical tasks of teaching organization, teaching administration and teaching reform in our colleges and universities. Whether the construction and operation of basic organization for teaching is good or not is to decide directly the school's teaching quality and the sustainable development. Currently, there is little systematic study on basic organization for teaching in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province. However, With the reform and development of higher education, it highlights many problems and difficulties in the process of construction. Thus, the reseach on the constuction of basic organization for teaching in Jiangxi province under the new situations is pretty practical and imperative.Based on the status quo of basic organization for teaching in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, this paper discussed some problems in the process of contruction and analyzed the associated resons and attempted to put forward some constructive suggestions to the improvement of it by methods of document, interview, questionaire, case analysis and so on .This paper is composed by four parts on the whole.First, introduced the general development situation of basic organization for teaching abroad briefly, including academic chair system, the department system and teaching and research section.Second, investigated the status quo of basic organization for teaching in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province in detail from several aspects such as the establishment of teaching grass-roots organization, the development of teaching and research activities, the construction of teaching faculty, and the management of teaching grass-roots organization.Third, found out the problems in the process of contruction of basic organization for teaching in colleges and universities in Jiangxi in multiple perspectives according to the actual situation: little attention paied by the leaders, shortage of funds and material support, poor effectiveness of teaching and reseach activities, contradiction between the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research, inadequate of teacher team construction , imbalance of rights, imperfect of managerial system.Fourth, proposed constructive countermeasures to the subject as follows: installing the organizational structure optimally to strengthen the construction of organization, dividing the functions and powers reasonably to allocate the administrative center, strengthening the organization of teaching and reseach activities by the means of E-learning or discussion, reforming the Evaluation system to keep the balance of teaching and scientific research, setting up teaching team to enhance each other's cooperation,establishing rules and regulations to guarantee the rule-based work, building scientific incentive mechanism.
