College Counselor Burnout Research

At present, job burnout, a psychological phenomenon, has attracted more and more attention. It tends to emerge and spread among assistants in colleges and universities. Assistants in colleges and universities, the mainstay of students'ideological and political education, act as the mentor and polestar in shaping students'mental health. Therefore, job burnout has a negative influence on the effect of students'ideological and poli8tical education. And the job burnout analysis becomes one of the most important issues in the development of ideological and poli8tical education.
