The Study On The Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Of University Students

Career decision-making self-efficacy (short for CDMSE)means the belief and anticipation of people when they make decisions on career choice.It is impacted by the factors from people themselves,family and social.The university students nowadays are confronted much more and more impression of being employed.It is very essential and significant to find out the current situation and improve the university students' career decision-making self efficacy. The research taking 280 Normal University students as subjects,to implore the relation between CDMSE and attribution mode,investigate how the parents' nursing patterns and family environment influent the childerns' CDMSE.The research also propose practical measures of the university students,parents and the university.The result indicates:1.There were significant differences on the gender,grade, the sources of students,weather having intention of career,but no significant difference on practice experiences,weather having brothers or sisters,major.2.Parents giving more affection and undemanding has an positive effect on students' CDMSE,the negation and punishment injure students' CEMSE.3.Students taking inner attribution mode have more efficacy on CDMSE.4.Families which value knowledge obtain ,having organized systems can take a positive prediction on students' CDMSDE.Whereas,families field of contradictions have a passive effect on students' CDMSE.The measures can generalize:1.The university students should establish proper belief on career selection and making correct attribution,setting up appropriate goals.2.Parents should create harmonious family environment,taking positive nursing manners and avoid punishment and negation to children.3.The university should take various kinds of methods to students of different grades,carrying professional direction over the whole grade.
