At present, most studies of oral communication courses focus on curriculum implementation in the field of oral communication, and the nature of research in oral communication course is relatively lacking. There is a little of the nature of research in oral communication course;even so, these studies lack of the defined nature of oral communication from a philosophical perspective. Therefore, I believe that the essential characteristics of oral communication course is communicative. To reflect the communicative, the communication activities between the subjects of Communication must be based on the philosophical basis of intersubjectivity. Using the theory of intersubjectivity, this thesis criticizes these current theory of oral communication curriculum implementation, curriculum content, curriculum evaluation, and it concludes that the biggest problem in the current oral communication course is the absence of intersubjectivity. Therefore, with Validity claims of Habermas's Communication Theory, from these three aspects of authenticity requirements, legitimacy requirements and sincerity requirements, this paper puts forward three proposals:Curriculum Standards must reflect the real interpersonal situation; teaching content must meet the students'real life practice; teaching evaluation should be more focus on students' communication processes. Dialogue as the main way of communication is the way of intersubjectivity realization and the purpose of oral communication course.
