In primary school Chinese teaching,the development of oral communication courses is mainly to improve the level of oral communication of primary school students.At present,the improvement of the oral communication level of primary and secondary school students in Chinese has indeed attracted the attention of many parents and teachers.In the current primary school Chinese spoken language communication course teaching process,to improve the communicative ability of primary school students,not only to the students' listening,speaking,communication and expression ability training and promotion,but also to the students' language use and behavior habits and a series of aspects such as training and promotion.By investigating the actual situation analysis and research on it can be seen that urban village primary school Chinese oral communication teaching in the implementation of daily,because will be affected by various factors,causing them to face many problems,and these problems are direct and indirect influence on the elementary student's oral communication ability,so need to be resolved.In the research,this paper takes F primary school as an example of oral Chinese communication in urban village primary school,conducts a detailed analysis and research on it,and effectively combines various theories such as speech activity theory and communication theory to study it from these aspects.In addition,this paper uses the method of literature arrangement to integrate various theories and contents related to oral communication of primary school Chinese at this stage,and on this basis,analyzes the teaching situation of oral communication at this stage.At the same time,through the use of questionnaire survey method and data statistics,in-depth study of the current urban village primary school oral communication related courses in the implementation process,teachers and students in this aspect of understanding.Through actual investigation can be seen that the current exist in many problems in the urban village primary school Chinese oral communication,teachers are not clear teaching goal,ignoring the oral English teaching,the teaching method is relatively backward,the lack of perfect evaluation system to effectively implement for oral English teaching,students are not aware of should exercise their oral communication and daily communication does not pay attention to the problems in the oral communication,schools don't have good oral communication environment and the relative lack of teaching resources,etc.In view of the current existing problems,through further research,proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure,not only teachers and students to clarify the important status of oral communication teaching,at the same time,teachers should also be clear oral communication teaching goal,to truly implement the oral communication teaching,and perfect the evaluation system,to provide effective support for the teaching;Students themselves should also take the initiative to strengthen the exercise and application of oral communication,so as to make use of what they have learned;Schools,on the other hand,should enrich teaching resources and create a good teaching environment.In this way,not only the overall system of oral communication teaching in primary school Chinese can be effectively improved and optimized in practice,but also the oral communication level of students can be effectively improved.
